Catedral Metropolitana de Granada

After a tiring walk in AlBaicin’s narrow streets, then visiting Alcaiceria’s beautiful and numerous souks, it was now time to visit the huge Cathedral de Granada. Unlike most cathedrals in Spain, construction of this cathedral had to await the acquisition of the Nasrid kingdom of Granada from its Muslim rulers in 1492; while its very early plans had gothic designs, such as are evident in the Royal Chapel of Granada by Enrique Egas, the construction of the church in the main occurred at a time when Spanish Renaissance designs were supplanting the Gothic regnant in Spanish architecture of prior centuries.

Ils  ont ensuite visiter la Catherdrale de Grenade. Celle- ci a ete construite en 1528 sous le regne de Charles Quint. Elle regroupe deux styles d'architectures: le style gohtique et le style renaissance. Elle a une hauteur de 67 m et une largeur de 115m.

بنيت كاتدرائية غرناطة بعد سقوط المدينة في يد الاسبان وهي تقع في منطقة القيصرية ، حي شعبي يتميز بعدد كبير من الاسواق التي تبيع الهدايا التذكارية والبهارات الشرقية. وتضم الكاتدرائية متحفا وعددا من الكنائس الصغيرة. اما الكاتدرائية الرئيسية ، فيرتفع سقفها على علو ٦٧م وعرضها ١١٥م
